Sour Cream Cherry Pie

1 unbaked pie crust 
2 cups sour pitted cherries 
3/4 cup sugar 
2 tbl flour 
1 cup sour cream 
1 egg -- well beaten 
1/2 tsp vanilla 
1/8 tsp salt 
1 tsp cinnamon 
3/4 cup flour 
1/2 cup sugar 
1/3 cup butter 


Preheat oven to 425° F.

Mix sugar, 2 tbl flour, sour cream, egg, vanilla and salt, beating till 
smooth. Add cherries and put in pie shell.

Bake 15 min. in hot oven(425-450). Lower oven temp. to 325 and bake 
30 min. Combine cinnamon, flour, sugar,and butter; sprinkle on top of 
pie and bake 20 min. longer at 325.
