Strawberry Jello Pie
1 pie crust baked and cooled
1 pkg (4 oz) vanilla pudding (the kind you cook)
1 pkg (3 oz) strawberry Jello
2 cups water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups prepared dream whip topping or cool whip
1 cup or more sliced strawberries.
Combine pudding, Jello, lemon juice and water. Cook stirring constantly over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Pour into a bowl and chill until thickened.
Fold in topping and strawberries. Pour into pie crust. Garnish with extra strawberries if desired.
Chill 2 hours before serving.
