Strawberry Yogurt Pie

1 pint fresh strawberries
1 envelope Knox® unflavored gelatine
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, separated
1/2 cup milk
1 cup (8 oz.) strawberry yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
4 drops red food coloring (optional)
9 inch graham cracker crust

In blender or food processor, puree enough strawberries to equal 3/4 cup.
Reserve remaining whole berries for garnish.

In medium saucepan, mix unflavored gelatine with 1/4 cup sugar; blend in
egg yolks beaten with milk. Let stand 1 minute.

Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. With wire whip or
rotary beater, blend in pured strawberries, yogurt, lemon juice and food
coloring.

Pour into large bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, until
mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.

In medium bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add
remaining sugar and beat until stiff.

Fold into gelatine mixture. Turn into prepared crust; chill until firm.
Garnish with reserved strawberries.

Makes about 8 servings.
