Walnut Pumpkin Pie

1 (15 oz.) can pure pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle BrandŽ Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 egg
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
1/2 tsp. each ground ginger, nutmeg and salt
1 KeeblerŽ Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. cold butter or margarine
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 425° F.

In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, egg, 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Mix well. Set crust on a baking sheet and pour filling into crust.

Bake at 425* for 15 minutes and then remove pie. Reduce oven temperature to 350*. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour and remaining cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts.

Sprinkle walnut mixture evenly over pie. Bake 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Yield - 8 servings.
