Fruit Pizza

Glaze:
1 C Orange juice
3/4 C Water
1/4 C Lemon juice
3 T Cornstarch
Dash of salt
1 C Sugar

Sauce:
8 Oz Cream cheese
1 T Vanilla
1/2 C Sugar

Crust:
1 Pk Sugar cookie dough


Fruit: Peaches Grapes Bananas Strawberries Kiwi


Mix ingredients of glaze; cook over medium heat til boils, and thickens, then cool.

Spread cookie dough on buttered pizza pan. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix sauce and spread over cooled dough. Arrange fruit on top and pour glaze over. Refrigerate.



Fruit Pizza

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons pineapple juice
Assorted Fruit: strawberries, bananas, grapes, cherries, pineapple, raspberries, peaches, etc.
1 1/2 cups fruit juice
4 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in a little water or juice


Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, baking soda, salt and flour, mix well. Pat in a 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, pineapple juice. Spread onto crust. Arrange fruit onto crust. Use a lot of fruit. Heat fruit juice to boiling. Add cornstarch, mix until cool and thick. Spread over fruit.
