Fruit Pizza

2 rolls of refrig. sugar cookies.

Roll in greased pizza pan, cook as directed. Cool.

Filling:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread over cookie crusts. Cut up fruit & decorate pizzas. (bananas, peaches, strawberries, kiwi.)

Glaze:
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 Tbl. cornstarch

Cook till thickens. Spread over fruit.



Fresh Fruit Pizza

12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. milk
1 tube Pillsbury sugar cookie dough


Preheat oven to 375° F. and spray pizza pan with cooking spray.

Spread dough evenly in pan and prick with a fork all around. Bake @ 375 7 - 10 minutes until golden. Cool completely.

Mix remaining ingredients until creamy. Spread over cooled, baked cookie. Top with your favorite fruits. bananas, pineapple, pie filling, strawberries, kiwi, etc.



Fruit "Pizza"

1 box Nestle'sŪ sugar cookie mix
16 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbl. fruit juice
1 can (about 16 oz.) sliced peaches
1 pkg. unsweetened strawberries sliced
sliced bananas
3 oz. apricot preserves
sliced kiwi


Prepare cookie dough according to pkg. instructions. Pat in 12" pizza pan, forming a rim. Bake according to pkg. directions.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice in bowl. Mix well. Spread on crust. Arrange fruit as desired.

Mix apricot preserves with fruit juice and drizzle over fruit. Keep refrigerated until served.
