Pizza Dough
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 c. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Check it to see if it needs more flour or more water. Should be a nice ball but not too firm. Start it on the dough cycle and when its done I roll it out and let it rest awhile (about 30 minutes), roll again (it won't creep) and place on my pan. If using it immediately slather it with olive oil and ingredients. If not stick it in the freezer until ready to use. Bake at 425.
