Everyday Pizza Dough(ABM or Food Processor)

1 pkg. Active dry yeast
3 cup All-Purpose flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Sugar
3 TBl. Olive oil
1 cup Water, warm

Add ingredients in the order required for your bread maker; put on dough cycle.

Food Processor:
Combine the yeast, 1/2 of the flour, salt, sugar and 2/3 of the olive oil in the bowl of a food processor. With the machine running, add the water; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Let rest for 45 minutes. Add remaining flour; pulse to incorporate. Process until dough forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the bowl, about 45 seconds. The dough should be moist but not too sticky. Add extra flour, a small amount at a time, if needed.

Transfer the dough to a bowl and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Rub oil over the surface of the dough to evenly coat. Cover dough with plastic wrap, pressing the wrap down against the surface of the dough. Set aside and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.

Punch down dough and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead dough until smooth; form into a ball. Roll out dough or transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for later use. The dough may also be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen.
