Ham and Egg Biscuit Pizza

1 onion, julienned
2 each: red, green and yellow bell peppers, julienned
1 Tbl. butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 stick sweet butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup diced ham (can use sausage)
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
6 eggs

Preheat oven to 425° F.

Saute onions and peppers in butter until Tender. Remove from heat.
Put in freezer to slow the cooking process. You don't want them limp
at this point.

Combine the flour baking powder, salt and butter and mix until it
resembles course meal. Add in milk and mix. Knead on lightly floured
surface. Roll out dough to form a 6" diameter shell. Make a well in
the center of the shell for the eggs.

Around the edges of the pizza shell place the cooked peppers and onions;
top with ham and then with cheese. Crack and put eggs in the center.

Bake in a 425 degree oven until egg yolks are set.
