Mexican Pizza
2 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
6 oz. refried beans
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbl. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup black olives
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Unroll dough into 4 rectangles and place in a 15x10
baking pan.
Press to form crust. Bake @375 for 15 minutes. Cool.
Spread beans over crust.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, taco seasoning and mix well. Spread over beans. Sprinkle with cheese, onions, green pepper, tomatoes and olives. Cover and chill.
