2 1/2 tbsp. yeast
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup water
1 tsp. salt
pinch of sugar
Add ingredients to bread machine
then let the machine go on the dough cycle. Let it rest a few minutes after spreading it on the pizza pan. This will usually make 2 pizzas from the recipe.
