Cool Veggie Pizza
1 package (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 package(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbl. dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350° F. PamŽ a 2 qt. baking dish and spread crescent roll dough in it. Pinch seams to seal.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Cool completely.
Blend together remaining ingredients. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cool crust.
Toppings: Choose three, all finely chopped;
Zucchini, seeded tomatoes, broccoli, green onions, green or red peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, seeded cucumbers, carrots
Sprinkle layer of each vegetable desired over cheese layer. Refrigerate before serving. To serve, cut pizza into squares. Can be made a day ahead of time.
