Pizza Milanese

1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and coarsely chopped
3 tbsp. fat-free Italian dressing
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp. fat-free sour cream
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) Italian bread shell ((such as Boboli)
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 yellow tomato, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper


Combine artichokes and Italian dressing; toss gently. Cover and chill 1 hr.; drain.

Combine artichokes, ricotta cheese, and next 4 ingredients, stirring well. Spread artichoke mixture evenly over bread shell. Arrange tomato slices over artichoke mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper.

Bake at 450* for 15 to 18 min. or until thoroughly heated. Cut into 6 wedges; serve warm.
