Vegetable Pizza
1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 (8-ounce) brick, cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. Roast Garlic Dressing Mix
2- 4 Tbsp. Ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 - 2 tsp. garlic powder
toppings:
1/2 - 1 cup each of very finely chopped cauliflower and broccoli
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1/3 - 1/2 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
1 - 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh thyme
1 - 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
sprinkle of fresh ground white pepper
Unroll the crescent rolls, divide in half and press into a lightly sprayed 9x13 cookie sheet. Bake at 350º until the top is golden. Set aside to cool.
To prepare the spread, in a bowl cream the ingredients until smooth, set aside and chop the ingredients for the toppings.
To put together spread the spread onto the baked crescent, sprinkle the toppings evenly over the top and chill until serving. To help secure them, press the toppings into the spread to hold in place somewhat.
