Barbecued Chicken Nachos

8 cups corn tortilla chips
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
15 oz. chili beans in sauce, undrained
2 1/4 oz. can sliced olives, drained
2-3 med. Roma tomatoes, chopped (1 cup)
3 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese (12 oz.)


Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.

Spray tw0-30x18 inch pieces of heavy duty foil with cooking spray. Spread tortilla chips on centers of foil pieces.

Mix chicken and barbecue sauce. Spoon chili beans, chicken mixture, olives, tomatoes and cheese on chips.

Wrap foil securely around tortilla chips. Cover and grill foil packets, seam sides up, 4-6 inches from medium heat 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. 8 servings
