Breaded Chicken Breast
4 boneless breasts
1 c. Italian breadcrumbs
3/4 c. grated parmesan
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter, melted
Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan and garlic. Dip chicken in butter and then in breadcrumb mixture. Pour any remaining butter on top of chicken. Bake @350 for 45 min.
