Chicken Breasts with Boursin Cheese

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Pound 4 chicken breasts to 1/4" and spread with Boursin.
Secure with toothpicks trying to tuck in ends.
Roll breasts in melted butter and then in Ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
