Buttermilk Battered Pecan Chicken

1/2 cup toasted pecans, pulsed through food processor until finely ground
6 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
1 c Buttermilk
1 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
Cooking oil for frying


Combine buttermilk, flour, salt and pepper, mixing well.

Dredge chicken in batter then roll in pecan bits.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Turn chicken after 10 minutes.
