Camping Chicken Picatta

1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon crazy mixed up salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup chicken broth
10 ounces dry linguine or spaghetti
1 1/2 teaspoons oil
1 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 teaspoons butter
salt and pepper
1 green pepper
1 small onion

At Home: Slice chicken into 1/2" strips. Mix with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and crazy mixed up salt. Add sliced green pepper and onions. Place all in a freezer bag and freeze.

In a small container add cornstarch and boullion cube.

At Campsite: Cook thawed chicken, onions and peppers in butter and oil until chicken is no longer pink.

Meanwhile cook and drain pasta.

In skillet add 1 cup of warm water, cornstarch with boullion cube and remaing ingredients. Bring to a boil stirring often until thickens.

Serve over pasta. Salt and pepper to taste.
