Chicken Baked in Honey
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup prepared mustard
1/2 TBL lemon juice
6 pieces of frying chicken
Butter
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 250°. Combine honey, mustard and lemon juice. Butter bottom of 9x9" square pan. Add chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Top with honey mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 30 minutes more.
