Chicken Crescent Calazones

  Chicken Crescent Calazones 

  1 can crescent dinner rolls 
  4 slices oven roasted chicken from deli or rotisseried chicken 
  4 slices Monterey Jack cheese 
  1 can mushroom pieces and stems well drained 
  1 egg beaten 
  1/2 cup plain bread crumbs 
  1 jar chicken gravey 
  1/4 cup sliced green onions 
  1/4 tsp paprika 


Heat oven to 375 and spray cookie sheet or 13x9 inch baking dish with 
cooking spray. 

Separate dough into 4 rectangles.  Press to seal perforations and press
into 6x5 inch rectangles. 

Top each with 1 slice chicken, making sure not to go beyond 1/2 inch
to  edge, l slice of cheese and 1 tablespoon 
mushrooms. Reserve rest of mushrooms for gravy. 

Fold dough in half and form a square and pinch edges to seal. Dip each 
calazone into egg and coat with bread crumbs. Place on sprayed cookie 
sheet. 

Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. 

Meanwhile combine gravy and mushrooms and cook over medium heat  until 
hot stirring occasionally. Serve over calazones and sprinkle with green 
onions and paprika.
