Easy Bake Chicken
Serves: 4

1 broiler/fryer (3 1/2 lb. - 4 lbs.) cut up and skinned.
1 c. Italian salad dressing
11/4 c. crushed cornflakes


Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container. Add salad dressing. Seal or cover and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. or overnight.

Drain and discard marinade. Season chicken to desired taste Coat chicken with cornflakes; place in a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hr. or until juices run clear
