Honey-Mustard Chicken
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
3 lb. chicken -- cut up
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 t. salt
1 t. curry powder
Melt butter in baking dish. Mix honey, mustard, and seasonings. Roll chicken in mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
