Honey Glazed Chicken
1 whole roasting chicken
1 box Stove Top stuffing
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup warm honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wash chicken. Cut giblets up with seasoning packet from stuffing mix. Cook as directed on package.
Stuff chicken with prepared Stove Top stuffing. Put in roasting pan to which a thin coating of water has been added to the bottom; season chicken to taste. Cover and bake at 350º F. for 1 hour.
Take chicken out of the oven; brush chicken with the warm honey. Return to the oven and bake an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
