Hot Honeyed Chicken Breast

2 pounds chicken breasts
3 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup lime juice
6 Tbsp. honey
6 Tbsp. chicken broth
6 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
In a baking dish, arrange chicken meaty side down. Mix all other ingredients well, pour over chicken. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. Spray baking pan with cooking spray or line with foil, for easier cleaning.
Note: Serve tasty cooking juices over rice.
