Chicken Mole

2 tbsp. shortening
1 cups peanut butter, smooth
1/4-1/2 cup flour
Chili powder
Chicken broth
1 whole chicken, boiled


Melt shortening and peanut butter on low heat. 

Put flour in gradually like making gravy.

Add chili powder to taste. 

Add chicken broth a little at a time until the consistency is that of gravy.

Add boiled chicken; simmer about 2 minutes.

Ready to eat.
