Frank's Redhot Buffalo Chicken Wings

2 1/2 lbs chicken wings, split, tips discarded
1/2 Cup Frank'sŪ Redhot cayenne pepper sauce(or to taste). Use any brand 
available 
1/3 cup butter or margarine melted 
celery sticks 
blue cheese salad dressing 


Prepare wings as desired (See methods below.) Combine Frank's redhot pepper
sauce and butter. Add cooked wing pieces and toss to coat. Serve with 
Celery and blue cheese dressing. 

For Crispy wings: 
Bake wings at 425 for 30 min and turn and bake for 30 more min. Or broil 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
 
For original recipe fry recipe: 
Deep fry wing pieces, a few at a time, at 400 until crispy about 
10 min. Drain on paper towels.
