Chicken Salad
1 pkg. pick of the chix
3-4 T. butter
Boil chicken until done and remove from bone. While still warm,
add butter and mix with hands to coat chicken.
Add to chicken:
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 c. minced sweet gherkins
1/3 c. minced sweet onions
2-3 T. sugar
2-3 T. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Miracle Whip® at least 1/2 cup
Chill
