Turkey Parmigiana

1 pacakge turkey breast slices
2 egg whites
1 Tblsp milk or water
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 cup pasta sauce
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced


Preheat oven to 400°.

In a shallow bowl, beat egg white with milk or water. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Dip cutlets into egg mixture, then into bread crumb mixture. Arrange on greased 10 x 15 x 1 baking pan.

Bake 4-5 minutes.

Spoon sauce evenly over cutlets. Top each cutlet with a slice of cheese. Bake 4-5 minutes more to heat sauce and melt cheese.

Serves 4.
