'The Dehydrator Cookbook'
Avoid over-ripe bananas.
Slice into even pieces and peel.
Soak in an ascorbic acid bath 2-3 minutes before drying.
Dry approximately 55 hours at 100 degrees or until crisp.
Dry in a 200 degree oven with the door propped open.
The food must be rotated frequently.
