Beet Jelly I
4 cups beet juice
1/2 ccup lemon juice
1 pkg. Sure JellŽ Pectin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. JelloŽ (raspberry)
6 cups sugar
6 big beets
Peel beets and slice real thin.
In a large pot, mix juice, lemon juice, Sure Jell and Jello.
Bring to a boil.
Add sugar and bring to a full rolling boil.
Boil 3 minutes and pour in glasses.
Beet Jelly II
14 oz. Can Harvard Beets
3 oz. Pkg orange Jello
1/2 cup Water
1 tbl. Horseradish
Heat beets gently and add jello mixed with water
Add horseradish.
Chill for a few hours before serving.
