Hot Pepper Jelly
3 large green peppers, cut and seeded
8 Banana peppers, cut and seeded
12 hot peppers - small - cut and seeded
1/2 cup water
3 cups cider vinegar
5 lbs. sugar
2 bottles liquid fruit pectin (Certo)
food coloring
Pulverize peppers with water in blender.
Add remaining ingredients, except Certo.
Add enough green (or red) food coloring to make it pretty.
Boil hard for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add Certo.
Pour into jars. Don't need to seal.
Makes 12 - 8 oz. jelly jars
