Hot Pepper Jelly
3 large green peppers, cut and seeded
8 Banana peppers, cut and seeded
12 hot peppers - small - cut and seeded
1/2 cup water
3 cups cider vinegar
5 lbs. sugar
2 bottles liquid fruit pectin (Certo)
Pulverize peppers with water in blender. Add remaining ingredients, except Certo. Add enough green (or red) food coloring to make it pretty. Boil hard for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add Certo. Pour into jars. Don't need to seal.
Makes 12 - 8 oz. jelly jars
