Canned Pecans
"Favorite Recipes from the Clearview Mennonite Church"
Place shelled pecans in cookie sheet on bottom rack in 250 degree oven. Put clean quart or pint jars on top shelf. Let bake 45 minutes. Place ring with lid upside-down in front of jars for 10 minutes. Fill jars with toasted pecans and screw lid on tight. Watch them seal!"
