Canned Nuts
Jackie Olden's cookbook "Kitchen Magic".
Wash canning jars thoroughly. Fill with shelled nuts. Use fresh jar tops and rings and tighten. Place jars on shelf in oven, turn on oven to 250 degrees and leave heat on for 40 minutes. Turn oven off and let temperature lower to normal. Jars will now be sealed and may be stored in the pantry, at least a year.
