posted by Connie 07-20-98 9:07 AM Plum Jam 2 qt. chopped tart plums (4 lb.) 6 cups sugar 1 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup lemon juice Combine all ingredients; slowly bring to a boil. Boil rapidly almost to jelly point, about 20 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars, seal. Makes 4 pints.
