Beef and Noodles over Mashed Potatoes
1 Pkg. stew meat
1 (8 oz.) and 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Reemes egg noodles
2 cans beef broth
beef boullion crystals
water
mashed potatoes
In a pressure cooker brown the meat on high heat Add beef broth and water to make 4 cups of liquid. Add beef boullion crystals to taste about, 2 Tbls. Pressure cook for 15 minutes then let cool down so you can open cooker. Add noodles cook until thickened. Put over mashed potatoes and enjoy.
