Brazilian Rice
Serving Size : 6

1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach -- chopped
1 cup rice -- cooked
1/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted
4 eggs -- beaten
1 pound cheese -- grated
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary


Preheat oven to 350° F.

Cook spinach without seasoning and drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients and bake in a 2-quart dish at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve. May be prepared one day in advance.
