Linda’s Spanish Rice

4 -5 cups cooked white rice
1 large can Mexican tomatoes
1 (11 oz.)can Mexican corn
1 (8 to 12 oz) jar medium chunky salsa
1 lb. hamburger cooked with 1 chopped onion crumbled
1 (4 oz.) can dice chiles
1 cup (or more) grated cheddar cheese


Mix all together, (except cheese) put in casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam (or greased), put cheese on top, bake a between 20-30 min in 350 degree oven.
