Combine 1/2 cup cheese and remaining ingred. in large bowl; stir well. Pour into ungreased 2-qt casserole. Cover and bake for 2 hrs., or until lentils are tender, stirring occasionally. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 min. more or till cheese melts.
