Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Pre-cook 2 cups of wild rice
Pre-cook 1 cup white rice or Pre-cook 2 packages Uncle Bens wild rice /white rice combination
2 bags chopped frozen packages of broccoli (thawed)
2 or 3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 1/2 oz.)can of sliced black olives
1 stalk of celery (sliced)
3 bunches green onions or 1 large regular onion (chopped)
About 1 dozen mushrooms, sliced and sauted in wine, butter, lemon juice, and garlic powder
1 pound of cheddar cheese (shredded), divided


Preheat oven to 350° F.

Mix all the ingredients except for 1/2 to 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour in large casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese over tope. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
