Rice Pelav
1 can chicken broth
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 cup very thin dry egg noodles
1 tsp. season salt
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
Crush noodles some to make 1 cup. Brown in the butter. Add rice and stir. Add remaining ingredients, cover, simmer for 25 minutes. Serves 4-6.
Good with chicken dishes and pork chops.
