Ginger Dressing:
1/3 c. light soy sauce
1/4 c. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 (1 1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 tsp. sugar
freshly ground white pepper
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Serve at room temperature.
Ginger Dressing
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. minced ginger root
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. sesame oil
Combine ingredients. Blend well and chill until needed.
Sesame Dressing
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
Combine pineapple juice and remaining ingredients in a screw top jar. Shake well. Serves
