Four Bean Salad

1 (1-lb.) can each kidney beans, cut wax beans, black eyed peas, and cut green beans, all drained
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon,crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
1 medium onion, thinly sliced, and seperated into rings


Combine all and dressing ingredients and pour over drained vegetables. Chill several hours or overnight. Toss lightly and drain to serve.

Serves 12
