Jicama Slaw
source: Try-Foods Intl.
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. dried cilantro
1/8 tsp. black pepper, coarsely ground
dash of tabasco
2 cups jicama, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup onion, chopped
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl and stir until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
Serves 4.
