Elinors Dressing
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tbl. sugar
2 tsp. salt
pinch celery seed
pinch herbs de provance
Combine all ingredients in a pretty bottle, shake, chill and you have a wonderful dressing.
If the oil congeals, just take the dressing out of the fridge about an hour or so before using, or put bottle in microwave for 30 seconds.
This recipe makes a little over a cup, so you can double, triple, etc.
