Basic Herbed Yogurt
1 cup cottage cheese (regular or low fat)
1 1/2 teaspoons herbal vinegar
2 to 3 teaspoons chopped fresh herbs of choice
1 cup plain or low fat yougurt or sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
Allow flavors to blend at least overnight in refrigerator.
Can be stored in refrigerator up to one month.
Serve with raw veggies.
