Dressing: Bernerhof Swiss-Stlye Salad Dressing

Bernerhof Swiss-Style Salad Dressing

1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1 tbsp. seasoning and browning sauce, such as Maggi, Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover tightly and refrigerate.
Serve over Bibb lettuce.

Makes 3 1/4 cups
