Dressing: Citrus Vinaigrette

Citrus Vinaigrette

3 cups canola salad oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Dash of salt and white pepper to taste


Whisk together lemon juice, Dijon, honey and vinegar. Add herbs and seasonings. Slowly whisk in oil. Add sugar or more honey to taste.
