Creamy Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon Dijon, Pommery, or other hot or grainy mustard
1/2 cup plain, lowfat yogurt
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
black pepper


Shake ingredients in a covered jar or mix in blender. Makes approx. 3/4 cup
