Greek Garlic Dressing

Greek Garlic Dressing- low fat, sugar and salt
4 cups low-fat yogurt
2 medium-size cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed


Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Cover and chill several hours. Use as a dip or salad dressing.

Makes 4 cups. 9 calories per tablespoon.
